Scope of the Nomino Service Desk service
Nomino's Service Desk is a single point of contact (SPoC) for the Client's users. Centralization of all reports allows for quick resolution and unlimited user support. Most importantly, the smoothness of operations and full access to information from the moment of registration of the request to solution are maintained. In the Service Desk area, we operate in accordance with the ITIL methodology.

We offer resource inventory through the GLPI system, which allows you to manage almost any IT infrastructure hardware and software. The system enables automatic equipment inventory by scanning the network, as well as importing various types of resources from files. Resource management covers hardware infrastructure, including purchases, maintenance and administration of licenses, certificates and domains, as well as industry-specific software.
User training in Cybersecurity
Training conducted by our specialists are aimed at raising awareness of IT security and data and resource protection. The training is dedicated to employees at various levels of the organization and covers issues related to cybersecurity and identifying and avoiding threats.
